Anthony Rogers has a group of teams still going after him despite his commitment to Alabama football.
Rogers is a four-star running back, who currently attends Carver High School in Montgomery, Alabama. The Crimson Tide currently still hold his verbal commitment.
“I’m still committed,” Rogers told Touchdown Alabama. “Just looking around, just seeing what other schools got to offer to just make sure I made the right decision for my future.”

Alabama recently picked up a commitment from Mississippi 4-Star RB, Akylin Dear. Rogers feels their games compliment one another.
“That’d be a great duo for us to work in the future,” Rogers said. “I mean, he’s a good downhill power back. I’m more of an all purpose.”
The Alabama pledge gave more validation to his all-purpose back description of his game Friday when he started at slot wide receiver for Carver and finished the game with 162 yards and a touchdown reception.

Not going to find many backs, you can say, go play slot wide receiver and produce at the level the Alabama commit does.

Rogers said Auburn, Georgia and Ohio State are the teams still recruiting him hard. He does not have any visit plans locked in but revealed he plans to be in Tuscaloosa with it being a good chance those other programs will get visits as well.
The Tide have positioned themselves to get two of the nation’s best 2025 running backs signed if they can hold onto Rogers.
