That was the message for 17 years at the University of Alabama under Saban.
If players and coaches did the little things right and focused on their job, Alabama won games. The Crimson Tide has not excelled in the little things so far through seven games of Kalen DeBoer’s first season as head coach. Alabama has lost two games and is in danger of dropping one to Missouri and missing out on the College Football Playoff if it does not get these problems fixed.

1. Making sure tackles
