5 Tide commits selected to play in Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game

Alabama football will be represented by five commits in this year’s Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game.

Anthony Rogers, Micah DeBose and Mal Waldrep will represent the state of Alabama.

Alabama pledges, Akylin Dear and Caleb Cunningham have been selected to play for Team Mississippi.

Rogers will line up at running back, making his return to the backfield. He is currently lining up at wide receiver for Carver.

DeBose has the potential to be a tackle or guard at the next level. Waldrep is listed as a center.

Dear is one of the nation’s top running back prospects. He is operating there full time for Quitman High School at the moment.

Cunningham has been a dominant wideout for Choctaw County High School this season.

The game will kick off on Dec. 14 in Mobile.
