Alabama will be without its leader on defense for the rest of the season. It was reported by ESPN’s Pete Thamel that junior linebacker Deontae Lawson will miss the remainder of the season.
Lawson suffered a significant leg injury during the Crimson Tide’s 24-3 loss to Oklahoma last Saturday.
The junior is currently second on the team in tackles with 76 total on the year and has also added two sacks, one forced fumble and one interception.
