This year’s Iron Bowl coverage is already getting wild.
Auburn is looking to make a bowl game, snatch recruits from Alabama, and make the Crimson Tide’s season even worse by handing it a fourth loss on the year. Both teams will battle at Bryant-Denny Stadium at 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday.
Auburn LB sends disrespectful message to Alabama ahead of Iron Bowl
Hugh Freeze defeated Alabama twice during his time at Ole Miss in 2014 and 2015. He nearly had the Tide beaten in 2023 at Jordan-Hare Stadium, but Jalen Milroe and Isaiah Bond had other ideas on 4th and 31 with the “Gravedigger” play to beat the Tigers, 27-24. Auburn enters this Iron Bowl with a lot of confidence, especially after a 43-41 victory over a ranked Texas A&M program last week. The Tigers are already talking junk as a freshman defender took a shot at Ryan Williams of Alabama.
“Ryan Williams ain’t no big time player to me” – Auburn Linebacker DeMarcus Riddick

“Ryan Williams ain’t no big time player to me,” DeMarcus Riddick, an Auburn linebacker, said in Monday’s interview.
Johnny Congdon, a sports reporter for ABC 33/40, got the quote from Riddick.
The 6-foot-2, 217-pounder has 25 tackles, five tackles for loss, three sacks, a pass breakup, and two quarterback hurries.
Williams is going to have show up in a major way to prove Riddick wrong.
