Auburn players are sending shots at the University of Alabama ahead of the Iron Bowl.
Alabama needs to hold to every receipt for Saturday on Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. After he took a shot at Ryan Williams, a freshman wide receiver for the Crimson Tide, DeMarcus Riddick took aim at Jalen Milroe in Monday’s media availability for players at Auburn. The freshman linebacker boldly said Milroe ‘will not get out the box’ this week.

“He’s fast, but he is not faster than me,” Riddick said about Milroe.

The 6-foot-2, 217-pounder is a highly confident individual — regardless of his slight size at linebacker. Riddick is built more like a safety than a linebacker, but he is stating that he will handle Milroe this weekend. He also said that he will not lose to Alabama, while he is at Auburn. The Tigers are looking to become bowl-eligible after earning a 43-41 victory last week over Texas A&M.
