Former Alabama wide receiver Jaren Hamilton is transferring to Arizona State. He confirmed the news via his X account.
Hamilton spent two seasons in Tuscaloosa. The native of Gainesville, Florida played in five games. He played primarily special teams and did not record any stats for the Crimson Tide.
The former four-star is the sixth wide receiver to transfer from the program this offseason. Hamilton will join a Sun Devils team that reached the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff this season. It will be interesting to see how he fared in Tempe.
