Ezavier Crowell will be back in Tuscaloosa this weekend for A-Day.

The Crimson Tide are still expected to host an impressive group of recruits this weekend despite it only being an hour and a half practice.

Crowell is one of the Crimson Tide’s top 2026 running back targets. He attends Jackson High School in Alabama and is one of the top recruits in the state after re-classifying from the 2027 class to the 2026 class.

The five-star recently told Touchdown Alabama why the Tide remains one of his top choices.

“Growing up, used to watch them a lot,” Crowell said. “It is definitely a top school for me. I see myself playing in Crimson soon. But it comes down to how they would develop me as a person, player and everything else.”

The Tide hosted Crowell for multiple days earlier in the spring, making sure they hold on to the title of being the school Crowell has visited the most.

Crowell helped the Aggies win a state championship with his dynamic playing style during the 2024 season. The 5-foot-11, 215-pounder is a physical runner, who runs through arm tackles with proven speed as he holds a PR of 10.6 in the 100-meter dash. He is also effective at catching the football out of the backfield.
