Jaxon Holly added an Alabama offer to his offer list over the weekend after impressing at camp.
Holly is a product of Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. He holds previous offers from Georgia, Michigan, LSU and others. Earning an Alabama offer is something Holly has been eyeing since his brother, Julius Holly, picked up an Alabama offer last summer before signing with Michigan as a 2025 prospect.
“It’s been a big goal of mine to get an offer from Bama,” Holly told Touchdown Alabama. “I came here last year for camp. They offered my brother. I knew I had work I needed to put in this year. So, I was ready to show them.”
The 2027 recruit respects the hard-work mentality the Alabama football culture has been built upon.
“It’s a great program, extremely tough, but I love the challenge,” Holly said.
The 6-foot-4, 215-pounder possesses the length Alabama is going after at outside linebacker under Christian Robinson. Holly knows how to set the edge while playing along the defensive front for Alpharetta. He also flashes an ability to turn speed into power and execute at a high level while making tackles in space.
“It’s definitely my twitch off the ball, my length and reading what the linemen are going to set,” said Holly when asked what are the strengths of his game. “I could always stop that run too.”
