Alabama football is returning MJ Chirgwin on scholarship after the wideout was previously a walk-on for the Crimson Tide.
Chirgwin has been a member of the Crimson Tide since 2022. He did not play in any games during his first two years at Alabama. He played in one game in 2024. The California product saw more playing time in 2025 when he played in two games and caught his first career touchdown against ULM.

The Crimson Tide is now expected to have seven wideouts on scholarship with the addition of the 6-foot, 290-pounder.
