Alabama football has made a few adjustments to the depth chart ahead of tonight’s game against South Carolina.
With wolf linebacker Justin Hill and bandit linebacker Desmond Umeozulu missing this game, the Crimson Tide adjusted their depth chart accordingly.
Fatutoa Henry moved up to second-string bandit, and Jah-Marien Latham slides up to second-string wolf.
The starter at wolf will still be Yhonzae Pierre, and Devan Thompkins is still the starter at Bandit. However, the Crimson Tide will have less depth at these positions, and Henry and Latham will possibly get more snaps in today’s game.
The bandit position is a field side defensive end for Alabama, and the wolf linebacker plays on the edge on the opposite side of Alabama’s defensive front.
Also, running back AK Dear and wide receiver Noah Rogers are on the depth chart for the first time this season. Both players dealt with lower-body injuries, and they are available for the South Carolina game.
Rogers is listed as the third-string Z wide receiver, and Dear is listed below EJ Crowell, but there is an or next to every player’s name expect Daniel Hill because he is the starting running back.
Alabama-South Carolina is set for 6 p.m. CT. The game will broadcast on ESPN.
