The former Alabama standout and 2009 Heisman Trophy winner is now a father.

New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram is the proud papa of his newborn daughter, Mila Grace Ingram. The young Ingram entered her father’s life on Thursday, weighing in at nine pounds and three ounces. A photo was posted via Mark’s Twitter account, sharing the news.

Ingram, 26, enters his sixth year with New Orleans this fall. Despite battling injuries, he managed to total two 1,000-yard seasons from scrimmage in 2014 and 2015. He was selected to his first NFL Pro Bowl in 2014, while being signed to a four-year, $16 million extension on March 7, 2015.

Ingram was a member of Alabama’s 2009 BCS national championship team.
