A homecoming will be in order next week for SEC Network analyst Greg McElroy, as the former Alabama quarterback will travel with SEC Nation to Bryant-Denny Stadium for Alabama vs. Tennessee on Oct. 24. It will be the first time this season in Tuscaloosa for SEC Nation.

McElroy played at Alabama from 2007-10, after redshirting his freshman year in 2006.

He made four bowl appearances and won an Southeastern Conference title under head coach Nick Saban in 2009. McElroy guided the Crimson Tide to a national championship in 2009, its first since the 1992 season and 13th overall at the time.

SEC Nation will be set up surrounding the tailgating scenes at Moore Hall, which is across from Denny Chimes. A decision on time and network to air the game should be decided next week.
