Coming in at #2 in our Top Ten Most Wanted is the nation’s most elite and sought-after offensive lineman, Gregory Little.
Allen, TX (Allen HS)
Offensive Tackle
5 Stars
At one point, Gregory Little, the nation’s top offensive lineman out of Allen, Texas, was solidly committed to Texas A&M and Kevin Sumlin. After some thought and discussion with his family, Little told ESPN that he would be decommitting from the Aggies on July 13th. His recruitment has since blown wide open and Alabama looks to be the favorite to land the 6’5″, 305-pound tackle. Little brings a lot to the table that could benefit the Tide, very similar to what Cam Robinson brought in his freshman year. The Allen Eagles average roughly 200 yards a game on the ground, and Little is the anchor behind that stat.
Touchdown Alabama Recruiting Analyst Maxwell Taylor stated: “Little’s ability to play every position on the line is a sight to see. He is a massive prospect who uses all of his natural tools and high football IQ to consistently win matchups”
The positivity about the Allen star continued from Recruiting Analyst Derek Hooper, saying: “Greg Little is a dominant force along the offensive line for the Allen Eagles. He has great size and athleticism, but his blend of run and pass-blocking ability is what makes him such an elite prospect.”
Little currently holds 27 offers, including 11 SEC offers. He narrowed his top 5 down to all SEC schools, deciding that Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Georgia or Ole Miss would be his ideal fit. Little has taken official visits to Auburn, Georgia and LSU so far, and is probably set to visit Tuscaloosa when the Crimson Tide faces LSU.
