Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The prizes have been awarded.

Monday was the climax to this year’s NFL Scouting Combine, after seeing explosive 40-times, strong efforts in both vertical and broad jumps, solid interviews and exceptional on-field drills.

A “medal” count was taken into consideration due to the number of schools that participated, according to College Football 24/7 writer Chase Goodbread.

The Ohio State Buckeyes reigned supreme with a total of 12 medals, including five for gold. Alabama football finished T-9 with four medals. It was one of four Southeastern Conference institutions to place in the top 10, joining Auburn (sixth), Georgia (T-9) and Missouri (T-9).
