Coach Nick Saban has consistently been able to replenish Alabama with talent each year. It returns a solid roster in the fall, headlined by Calvin Ridley, O.J. Howard, Bo Scarbrough and a nasty defense.
Michigan fell behind Alabama at No. 2, posting a 7/1 chance of winning a national title.
Coach Jim Harbaugh guided the Wolverines to a 10-3 season in 2015. The Big Ten powerhouse averaged 31.4 points per game, while allowing just 16.4 points to opposition last season.
