After Alabama’s big month in which they have picked up six commitments in 2017, the trail has slowed down until today.
2018 four-star running back Dameon Pierce out of Bainbridge High School in Georgia has committed to the Tide. He’s the fourth running back committed to sign with the Tide over the next three years joining Najee Harris, Brian Robinson in the 2017 class and Trey Sanders in the 2019 class.
Pierce ran for 2,060 yards and 34 touchdowns, averaging 6.7 yards per carry and 45 total touchdowns in his first two seasons in high school
The 5’11, 205 pound prospect has 18 offers and he chose the Tide over the likes of Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami and more.
Dameon Pierce becomes the second commitment in the 2018 class joining tight end Malcolm Epps out of Texas.
