Much concern for wide receiver Cameron Sims appeared on the faces of Alabama fans, when he injured his right arm in Saturday’s game against Southern California at AT&T Stadium.
The mishap occurred on a 12-yard completion in the fourth quarter, and ended with Sims having his shoulder in a sling on the sidelines. According to a report from Matt Zenitz of AL.com, the injury isn’t considered to be too serious. Zenitz cited sources in detailing that the odds of Sims even missing games is unlikely. The 6-foot-5, 203-pound junior is returning from a serious knee injury (2015) and stands behind ArDarius Stewart, as one of the Crimson Tide’s vertical weapons on the perimeter.
