Tennessee, Auburn, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Missouri, Michigan and Memphis are the other nine schools. Calvin is a 3-star recruit according to ESPN and 247 Sports. He is ranked as the No. 10 player in the state of Tennessee according to 247 Sports.

This guy takes passion into protecting his quarterback and opening holes for running backs. One person is definitely not getting pass him. Once his hands are on any defender; it is over because he is going to push them completely out of the play.

The 6’4” 325-pounder is a going to be a great asset to any team. He is completely focused on protecting his backfield teammates. He is a bully of an offensive lineman. Once your lined up in front of him; he is focus on taking you all the way into the stands. A block or two can make the difference between a good play and a great play. Carvin makes those blocks that make great plays happen. He puts in the extra effort to make pivotal down field blocks.

Alabama is not afraid to let offensive lineman that are ready to play at the college level go out and perform. Carvin could come in and make some noise for Alabama early if he chose to commit. With Calvin’s announcement, Alabama has been added to yet another top recruit top schools list. It can be easily predicted that Alabama is going to land some top recruits in the near future.
