Recruiting

And then there were two…

Friday afternoon, Jaycee Horn decided that there are now only two suitors left for his services and they are both in the SEC.

He has stuck with his guns and narrowed it down to South Carolina and Alabama at around  3 o’ clock in the afternoon his time.

Jaycee is of course the highly touted 4-star cornerback from Alpharetta, Georgia. He has a famous father Joe Horn, who used to play for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL. Jaycee said earlier this year that he was intrigued with the amount of effort that South Carolina was putting into his recruitment and how much attention they had given him from the get go which he has taken considerable notice and more than likely why they made the final two.

Horn however is a die-hard Alabama fan and he is absolutely excited that the team he grew up loving has offered him a scholarship. So now we have to wait according to his Twitter until July 15th. Let us all hope he picks the team he has loved for such a long time, it would be cool to see him put on an Alabama jersey and then turn around and put one on in the league. We did it with guys like Kareem Jackson, Ha-Ha Clinton Dix, and Landon Collins. Maybe it will be Jaycee’s turn.
