It has not been stated officially, but it appears as though former Alabama superstar, Amari Cooper, was knocked unconscious after an illegal hit by the Denver Broncos’ Darian Stewart. Here is a video of the play, showing Cooper immobilized on the turf (consider it NSFW):

A huge brawl already saw the suspensions of cornerback Aqib Talib and Michael Crabtree earlier in the game, so speculation states the hit was of a malicious intent. He was thankfully able to get up and be helped to the sidelines, but keep an eye out for further updates on Coop.
