Nakobe Dean took a visit to Tuscaloosa on Saturday and it is safe to say it was a success.

Dean is a 4-Star LB out of Mississippi. He is considered by most to be the No. 1 inside linebacker in the 2019 recruiting class. I got a chance to talk to Dean about his visit.
“The visit was great,” Dean said. “I love how real they were.”
The Mississippi native got a chance to visit The Capstone and see what all Alabama has to offer its student athletes, on and off the field. One of his biggest takeaways from the visit was actually from The University of Alabama’s engineering program.
“My favorite part was the talk that I had with the dean of engineering,” Dean said.
Dean also got a chance to talk with the coaching staff and discuss the schemes that the Tide will run in the future. He expressed to yours truly that his talk with the new defensive staff is one of the things that really stood out to him.”
