Five UA players that impressed at Fan Day/Open practice

It was an interesting week at the University of Alabama as people were in town for graduations, Crimson Tide fan day, and to apparently watch junior quarterback Jalen Hurts speak his truth on a highly-profiled competition between he and sophomore Tua Tagovailoa.

While it appeared to be obvious in picking out marquee players last season, this year’s open practice required more digging from fans. Alabama is looking for leaders on defense and consistency on offense, especially with Nick Saban eyeing a sixth title in Tuscaloosa.

Despite it being a fairly decent event, there were five players that found ways to stand out and constantly drew attention. After sitting inside Bryant-Denny Stadium for two hours in stifling weather conditions, yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine has listed five impact guys.
