Tua Tagovailoa, UA defense has added motivation after Heisman presentation

He took a program that was already dominant and made it virtually unstoppable in college football; however, it was not enough for Heisman voters to award Tua Tagovailoa of the University of Alabama with the Heisman Memorial Trophy on Saturday night.

The sophomore fell second to Kyler Murray of Oklahoma, despite setting multiple school records and becoming the first one to do something rare in Crimson Tide football: make a Nick Saban-coached defense take a back seat.

In the latest edition of In My Own Words, Stephen Smith of Touchdown Alabama Magazine discussed how the Heisman would be a massive recruiting tool (should Tagovailoa win) or massive motivational tool.
