Alabama recruiting to heat up even more

Alabama flipped two 2019 defensive backs on Saturday in Daxton Hill and Jeffery Carter, but they just might be the opening act for a huge next week for Alabama.

5-Star offensive lineman, Clay Webb, will make his decision on Monday, Dec. 10 at 10 a.m. from Oxford High School and 5-Star defensive end, Kayvon Thibodeaux, will announce his commitment on Dec. 15. Thibodeaux and Webb are both huge Alabama targets and will be massive additions to an loaded class.

Webb has been on Alabama’s radar for quite some time now. He is regarded as one of the top offensive lineman in the nation and several top-tier programs are stratching and clawing for his services. Auburn, Clemson and Georgia have all shown that they would love to have him. The Tide has gotten Webb on campus several times this season, which is huge for any recruit.

Thibodeaux’s recruitment has been an entertaining one. He released a top 5 in June, which included Florida, Alabama, Florida State, USC and Oregon. He then preceded to take official visits to all five schools. Alabama got him on campus on Sept. 22-24.

Many thought Thibodeaux would make a decision in October, but he decided to hold off and push his decision to Dec. 15, which is his birthday. Oregon, Alabama and Florida State looks to be in the best position at the moment. Florida could have made some moves with him this weekend as he took his official visit to Gainesville.

The Tide also remain in the mix for 5-Star recruits: Nakobe Dean, Trey Sanders and Evan Neal, who will all make their decision on Dec. 19.

Alabama fans should buckle their seats for some exciting recruiting updates.
