According to Adam Schefter, former Los Angeles Rams linebacker Mark Barron agreed to sign a two year $12 million deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
This seems to cap off an extremely busy week for the Pittsburgh front office after trading away superstar wide receiver Antonio Brown and starting right tackle Marcus Gilbert. The Steelers have been looking for ways to bolster their linebacking core for some time now, after the devastating injury to Ryan Shazier.
Hopefully, Barron can add some depth to one of the weaker spots on the defense.
More details to come.
