Christian Miller will now join the Carolina Panthers after being drafted with the 115 overall pick of the fourth round. After an injury-riddled 2017 season, Miller bounced back last year with an extremely strong senior year. Miller finished with 34 tackles, 11 for loss and eight sacks.
The 244 pounds outside linebacker will now join Carolina in hopes to improve their overall pass rush and edge defense especially with longtime linebacker Thomas Davis signing with the San Diego Chargers.
Miller had been projected to be a mid to late third round pick so him falling to the fourth is not extremely surprising due to how unpredictable teams are during the draft.
