Alabama put plans in motion to flip one of LSU’s 2020 in-state commits by offering 4-Star wide receiver, Kayshon Boutte, on Wednesday.

Alabama’s defensive coordinator, Pete Golding, informed the Louisana product of his offer from the Crimson Tide. The Tide’s offer pushes Boutte’s offer list to ten. He said Alabama is one of the schools, he wanted to recruit him.
“I was excited because I always wanted Alabama to offer me,” Boutte said.
Boutte committed to LSU in October and his commitment has remained firm. Growing up approximately an hour and 15 minutes away from Baton Rouge in New Iberia, Louisana, Boutte was mostly a fan of the Tigers but has respect for what Alabama has done over the last decade.
