Should the NCAA go all in for paying student-athletes?

A report surfaced via the internet on Tuesday of last week, concerning the National Collegiate Athletics Association and its thoughts on wanting to look into ways where it could provide financial compensation for student-athletes.

While some fans of college sports are against the idea, it is a good conversation to have – especially with scholarships not covering everything. 

Could this be the return of NCAA Football from Electronic Arts (EA) Sports?

Possibly, but the main thing is exercising all means to help athletes that bring millions of dollars into the sport to benefit of it. In Tuesday’s airing of In My Own Words, Stephen Smith of Touchdown Alabama Magazine provides three reasons why “Pay for Play” is good.
