Earlier today Alabama released the start times of the first three games of the regular season.
Week 1: Duke 2:30 pm ABC Aug. 31
Week 2: New Mexico State 3:00 pm Sept. 7 SEC Network
Week 3: at South Carolina 2:30 pm Sept. 14 CBS
This is the first time since Alabama played West Virginia in 2014, where the crimson tide does not start the season in a prime time slot. In years past the tide have taken on the likes of Wisconsin, USC, Florida State and Louisville in those slots.
Instead, that slot will go to the Auburn vs Oregon game in Arlington, Texas.
