He is not playing around.
All that Trevon Diggs could do last season after breaking his foot versus Arkansas was watch Jake Fromm, Kyler Murray and Trevor Lawrence take advantage of his secondary for Alabama football.
Prior to getting hurt, he was leading the team in breakups (six) and was doing a strong job of limiting big plays from marquee wide receivers.
While the Crimson Tide is high on young players like Josh Jobe, the Maryland native and former four-star is back to show he has not lost anything.
Diggs returns to a veteran group and for him personally, it is an opportunity to create a first-round stock for him in the 2020 NFL Draft. Per a video posted on Twitter from Sports Training, Diggs was inside the Alabama player’s facility working on agility, footwork, coverage and change of direction drills.

He has a new coach in the secondary — Charles Kelly — and one of whom Nick Saban likes the energy and teaching mindset he brings to the table.
Along with being challenged by arguably the best group of wide receivers in practice, the senior cornerback is looking forward to frustrating to elite guys in college football.
He was worked at outside corner, nickel and dime throughout spring practice; however, August camp will show how much Diggs has built on his work.
This season is going to be something special for him.
