Notes from Alabama’s first day of fall camp

With temperatures at 86 degrees and the heat index adding an extra 10, Nick Saban and the Alabama football program returned to the practice field on Friday for its first session of fall camp.

After falling in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game to Clemson, Saban and his coaching staff are ready to put a better product and one with the “Bama factor” back on the field.

With reports already out on LaBryan Ray (ankle) and Miller Forristall (foot) being limited for a couple of weeks, listed below are notes from practice.
