Damien Harris played two years with Alabama’s explosive group at wide receiver – one year with Jaylen Waddle – and the former Crimson Tide running back has just one message for opposing defensive secondaries.
Good luck trying to stop this unit.
One week it’s Jeudy, one week it’s Ruggs, one week it’s Smitty… you can’t stop Alabama’s receivers.

For the first time in school history, the Tide has a full cast of weapons that can record marquee performances at any given moment. In Saturday’s win over Mississippi, DeVonta Smith decided it was high time to remind everyone how good the “2nd and 26” connection is. He turned in a career day with 11 catches for 274 yards and five touchdowns in a 59-31 victory.

Smith’s output in yardage and scores set a single-game record for Alabama, while his 11 receptions tie him for ninth all-time. The four-star kicked off the game with a 74-yard catch and burst to the end zone and totaled four more scores combined in the second and third quarter.

Jerry Jeudy finished with eight catches for 84 yards.
If Harris’ words did not add insult to injury, former NFL defensive back – Ryan Clark – posted on social media about how dynamic the Tide is at receiver. Clark, an alumnus of Louisiana State University, has admitted to being nervous about the Tigers’ secondary come Nov. 9.
Bama’s WR are so special. There isn’t a better group in the country. My favorite bunch plays in Baton Rouge, but even with my bias I have to speak the truth

All four players are career 1,000-yard targets under Tua Tagovailoa and the trio of Smith, Jeudy and Henry Ruggs III are shattering school records. Nick Saban is potentially looking at having three first-rounders at the position for the 2020 NFL Draft.
