The addition of Carl Tucker at tight end provides Alabama with a huge need on its roster for spring practice and the upcoming season. A graduate transfer from North Carolina, Tucker visited the program on last week and decided to commit to the Crimson Tide on Wednesday.

Once a three-star recruit, he totaled 36 catches for 549 receiving yards with four touchdowns during his tenure as a Tar Heel.
He brings experience, depth and playmaking abilities to the position group.
