To say that an offensive lineman is “strong” doesn’t give them the props that they truly deserve.
They posses borderline super hero strength and display it every Sunday in what is their own version of the worlds strongest man. But Seattle Seahawks offensive lineman D.J. Fluker is taking things to another level.
NFL players who are training in the offseason have various different ways of staying in shape and pushing their bodies.
Some opt for 4 a.m. wake up calls to head off and grind in the gym and others go for more of a medicine based approach.
But Fluker? He pulls trucks.
Actions speak louder than words…

The former Alabama offensive lineman has been able to carve out a role in the NFL as an extremely physical run blocker for the Seattle Seahawks. After getting drafted with the 11th overall pick by the Chargers in 2013, Fluker went from San Diego to the New York Giants trying to find his way.
Once he arrived in Seattle in 2017 and moved to guard, he helped bring the Seahawks from the worst rushing team to the best in 2018. Fluker then inked a two year $6 million deal to stay in Seattle.
Pulling trucks isn’t the only thing the 6’5″ 342 pounds giant has been doing this offseason as he has made a number of his other workouts public to his social media followers.
Work now, reap the benefits during the reason.
Hawaii is just what I needed.

Push, push, push, push… Man, today’s workout had me wishing it was someone across from me instead of just weights. All this hard work against air got me feeling some kind of way.
How many days until the first @Seahawks game?
Y’all counting down too, right?@hoptraining pic.twitter.com/NPtMdHopYQ
