Ranking the national championships of the Nick Saban era at Alabama

Every championship is important – especially with the effort it takes to win one – but there are some that carry more significance than others.

For Nick Saban, the Alabama head football coach has been fortunate to win five national titles in 13 years. He has been successful with different quarterbacks and having various talents run the defense, despite losing players to the NFL. 

Alabama fans wouldn’t want to pit championship seasons against one another, because each one holds value to them. However, yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine took the opportunity to rank all five titles by order of significance.
