Since his arrival to Alabama in 2017, Najee Harris has been compared to Derrick Henry on different occasions. Both players have a lot of similarities; however, a few differences come between the two as well.
When Henry won the Heisman Trophy in 2015, he accomplished the feat in a way that mesmerized college football consumers and national media personnel.
Henry ran through everyone to a tune of 2,219 rushing yards with 28 touchdowns on 395 carries that season.

The 6-foot-3, 242-pounder won a host of individual awards and propelled the Crimson Tide to a Southeastern Conference Championship and a national championship.
Reggie Bush, a college football legend and former standout at the University of Southern California, referred to Harris as a ‘more athletic’ Henry and said that the senior has all the capabilities to win a Heisman.
Henry meant business in week one of the 2015 season versus Wisconsin and carried the same energy throughout the campaign.
This will be the biggest challenge for Harris, seeing as Alabama has six other backs on its roster that want to shine.
On Friday, yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine broke down Harris on In My Own Words and the chance he has to produce a special season.
