After four years of toiling, becoming familiar with the defense and finding his niche as a player, Ben Davis is finally ready to have his moment at Alabama.
He enters his redshirt senior season in the fall and as a former five-star, the door of opportunity is open at outside linebacker.

He’s had some rough moments; however, sources confirmed with yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine on Monday on the product from Gordo (Ala.) High School telling those closest to him that he will start this year.
The 6-foot-3, 243-pounder saw action in 11 games last season and recorded four tackles with one for loss – including a sack versus Mississippi State.
Despite Crimson Tide fans being excited about other players at linebacker, Davis returns as the oldest at the position.
Some people have written him off, while others still have faith in the son of former Tide legend Wayne Davis. In this segment of In My Own Words, I broke down the trials of Davis and how he is prepared to officially have an impact on defense for this team.
