After winning its first national championship since 2007, the football program at Louisiana State University has encountered some problems.
Not only did it lose two great assistant coaches and many players to the NFL Draft, but it is also losing a five-star to the NCAA transfer portal.
Marcel Brooks, a safety from Fort Worth, Texas, has decided to take his talents elsewhere after being part of an undefeated national title team.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder was the one who taunted Alabama and its 2020 recruits at Bryant-Denny Stadium, following the Tigers’ 46-41 victory over the Crimson Tide.
In his attempt to persuade young athletes to flip their commitment from Alabama to LSU, Brooks ends up being the one to exit stage left.

He totaled eight tackles and three quarterback hurries in 11 games last season.
With it finally defeating the Tide for the first time since the 2011 regular season, the Tigers believe it has a dynasty ahead of it.

Alabama will be healthy this year and in its trip to Tiger Stadium, Dylan Moses and company are prepared to deliver a payback punch to Ed Orgeron’s bunch.
