According to a video from Alabama Athletics, here is a breakdown of what happened.

Notes from practice

Demouy Kennedy, a native of Theodore, Ala., training on shedding blockers and attacking running backs.

-Alabama has a lot of talent at inside linebacker, and Kennedy is a player that has potential to be great.

-At outside linebacker, Sal Sunseri was coaching William Anderson and Quandarrius Robinson through drills.

-The coaching staff and players are high on Anderson as an impact player, while Robinson has an opportunity to be really good to — especially with his 6-foot-5 frame. Both players has Ben Davis and Christopher Allen helping them in drills.

-King Mwikuta, a sophomore, sported a black jersey with a small brace on his right leg.

-The brace did not affect his movement at all.

-As for the defensive line, the duo of Justin Eboigbe and Stephon Wynn were shown working the sled.

-The group of Jah-Marien Latham, Timothy Smith and Jamil Burroughs were all performing footwork and attack drills with Freddie Roach. According to Landon Dickerson, all three players have transitioned well on the field.

-Phidarian Mathis, Ishmael Sopsher and Stephon Wynn led the drill.
