With so much anticipation for the Alabama-LSU matchup, a big curveball has been thrown into the mix.
According to head coach Ed Orgeron, he announced in Monday’s presser that the Tigers have a Coronavirus outbreak on the team ahead of its meeting against the Crimson Tide.
He called it a ‘fluid’ situation, as some players have the virus and others are in quarantine.
While he did not mention any names, there could be a possibility of the game being postponed or canceled.

After playing six games this year and holding the No. 1 ranking in college football, fans of the Tide would like for this contest to happen at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La. Alabama is trying to avenge a loss it took at the hands of LSU in 2019.
Should the game be played, the Tigers will be without Myles Brennan at quarterback.
Per Orgeron, the junior will not play against the Tide and may possibly miss the rest of the season.
Brennan has been dealing with an abdomen injury.
