Alabama football’s 4-Star defensive back commit, Kaine Williams is one of the Tide pledges, who plans to sign his National Letter of Intent to the University of Alabama during the early signing period.
Williams was the fifth 2021 recruit to commit to the Tide when he gave the Crimson Tide his pledge in May. The Louisiana product chose Alabama over LSU and Texas A&M. With him being a native of Louisiana, Alabama’s matchup against LSU this weekend in Baton Rouge carries a different level of importance to Williams.
The Alabama commit said he feels the game should go Alabama’s way this time around.
“LSU got their little shine last year, but I think it is Alabama’s time,” Williams said. “I feel like they are going to blow LSU out.”
Williams has been focused on getting better during his senior season. The 4-Star defensive back helped John Ehret High School secure an undefeated regular season. The Patriots are set to play East St. John in the second round of the LHSAA Playoffs Friday.
