Before turning pro, Tagovailoa was a few credits shy from finishing his degree. His brother, Taulia Tagovailoa, recorded him walking across the stage in Coleman Coliseum. Tua brought joy to so many people in Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas, including Nick Saban. Tagovailoa delivered Saban and the Tide to a national championship during his freshman season in 2017.

The native Hawaiian left Alabama as the school’s all-time leader for touchdown passes (87) and total scores (96).

He is excited about entering his second NFL season. Tagovailoa is ready to take the Miami Dolphins to the next level.
