Lanier posted a video to Twitter of him dominating the Crimson Tide’s defensive backs in practice, and it grabbed a lot of attention.
He was on Alabama’s national championship roster in 2020, but now he has a chance to make an opportunity for himself. Last week, Lanier was featured on In My Own Words with yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine to discuss his video. As a walk-on, he talked about the hard work he put in on the field. He also named a list of schools that had contacted him.

JSU was one of them. Sanders has his guy, and it is going to be exciting to watch Lanier have success.
