Bryce Young, Tide quarterbacks with some explosive plays in second scrimmage

Alabama’s coaching staff saw improvement in the second scrimmage of fall camp.

The defense remains the primary headline for the Crimson Tide, but more explosive plays came offensively last week.

According to Nick Saban, there were no significant injuries. Alabama looks to enter its season opener versus Miami, boasting a healthy roster for its fans. Per respectable sources, yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine learned the quarterbacks completed long touchdowns against the defense. Bryce Young made plays, but Paul Tyson looked strong as well.

Listed below are notes from the quarterbacks after the scrimmage.

-Completed 22 of 34 passes (64.7%)

-198 passing yards

-2 touchdowns

Summary:  According to sources, Bryce Young had an 80-yard touchdown pass to John Metchie.
