Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was carted to the locker room in the first quarter of the team’s game against the Buffalo Bills.

The injury occurred on a play where Tagovailoa was sacked from behind by Bills defensive end A.J. Epenesa. Tagovailoa got up after the play holding his ribs and walked slowly to the sidelines.

Once Tagovailoa got to the medical staff he was carted to the locker room.

The Dolphins will now look to Jacoby Brissett in Tagovailoa’s absence.

This post will be updated.
