There aren’t many running backs who have played in the NFL who look like Derrick Henry.
Standing at 6’4 and weighing nearly 250 pounds while appearing like a Greek sculpture, Henry is one of the most intimidating players period.
It takes a lot to maintain his physicality and Henry does just that, as he’s become famous for posting his ridiculous workout videos in the offseason or how he is able to play the way he does.
But if someone was to ask the Tennessee Titans running back how much he can lift, they’d be walking away disappointed.
Because he has no idea.
“I actually don’t really ask (my trainer) how much it is, I just try to go out there and do it,” Henry said during an appearance on the Stacking The Box podcast. “My trainer, he puts it on there. He’s like let’s go. And then, if I can get it up, I get it up, I can’t I go oh nah this ain’t it but I really don’t ask I probably have to ask him how much, it really is. I just come ready to work.”

Whatever Henry is doing is clearly paying off as he is currently the league leader in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns seven games into the season.
