Feagin is a member of the 2024 recruiting class, and he is closing in on 20 D1 offers after picking up his latest offer from the Crimson Tide. The Carrollwood Day School (FL) product said he felt excited when Alabama’s wide receiver coach Holmon Wiggins and the Tide’s defensive back coach Jay Valai informed him of his offer.
“It feels great to have an offer from them, especially with that being a school I grew up with since I was born,” Feagin said. “I loved the visit. They actually make you feel like you are at home, and the atmosphere is something you can not explain.”
The sophomore had a front-row seat for Alabama’s win over the Arkansas Razorbacks Saturday.
“I feel like they played decent,” said Feagin. “I like how they started off slow but turned it up after halftime.”
Feagin’s Alabama offer comes after a solid sophomore season. The 6-foot, 171-pounder excel in man-to-man coverage and was effective at coming downhill and helping in run support. Alabama’s coaches were impressed with the four-star recruit’s physicality and technique.
“They said they liked my foot work and how I am not afraid of contact,” Feagin said.
