Austin Siereveld left Tuscaloosa with an offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide Saturday.
After a great game day visit and with a great conversation with Coach Saban and @DanielBushUA I’m truly honored to receive an offer from University of Alabama @AmourManrey75 @AlabamaFTBL @hawksfootball12 pic.twitter.com/xMIzW8xxFu

Siereveld’s recruitment has been on fire for the last couple of weeks. He has pulled in seven offers since receiving his first offer from Michigan State on Oct. 28. Offers from Notre Dame and Ohio State are included among the Ohio product’s latest opportunities.
The Tide officially jumped into the race to land Siereveld after Nick Saban informed the junior of his offer.
“I went to Coach Saban’s office, and I sat down with my parents, and he offered me,” Siereveld said. “It was amazing, the fact that I was in his office. The success they have enjoyed is amazing. I could be a part of that success.”
Siereveld got an opportunity to spend a bit of time with the seven-time National Championship winning coach, and Saban expressed what he liked about his game.
“He talked about my footwork and how I can move really well,” said Siereveld. “He is a great dude and wants the best out of everyone.”
The 6-foot-5, 315-pounder has seen his recruitment take off in large part due to his play this season. He helped his quarterback stay upright by protecting his blindside at left tackle with an aggressive mindset and impressive mobility. The footwork that Saban raved about is very evident when you watch Siereveld’s film.
