Nick Saban is ready to hit the recruiting trail this week after leading Alabama football to another SEC Championship Saturday.
The contact period is in full swing, and college football coaches have been hitting the road hard over the last week ahead of National Signing Day. Multiple Alabama assistants visited some of the Crimson Tide’s top targets last week, and Saban is prepared to visit some of the same prospects in their home in the coming days.

Earl Little Jr. received a visit from Alabama’s defensive back coach Jay Valai and Saban is expected to see him this week, according to his father. Little’s teammate and one of Alabama’s top targets, Marvin Jones Jr. was visited by Alabama’s outside linebacker coach Sal Sunseri last week, which likely means Saban will get an opportunity to check in with him as well.
Alabama’s 2022 recruiting class currently has 20 commitments. The Tide are expected to add several more ahead of and during the early signing period.
